04 Feb 2020, 17:02Hi Cathy. i understand your frustration. they just did the same to me. My phone displays horizontal lines due to LCD problems and now these ********** are expecting me to pay R2000.. they said my phone fell hence the issue. We all know that all phones especially Huawei phones they go through this problem and its a manufacture. Anyway this CellC business is going down the drain hence they try to get money anyway possible. No one will rescue this business.
