Repairs department
This has been the most awful service i have received from Cell C. I understand that this department is on strike but having to not be assisted is just not acceptable. I have been calling since 08:00 am for assistance for my phone but with no avail as i have been kept on hold continuously. I am so not impressed by the service and all they can tell you is that the division is on strike, so basically due to such everything is on hold. Really disappointed and annoyed at the same time.
