GOOD MORNING FIRSTLY I THANK YOU FOR READING MY CONCERN I HAVE BEEN WITH CELLC FOR ALMOST A 6YRS I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISSEPOINTED I HAVE A PHONE 4MNTHS OLD THE PHOE STARTET TO GO BLACK AND SOMTIMES I WILL BE ON A APP AND IT WOULD JUST GO OUT THE HOMECREEM I SENT IT BACK FOR REPAIR AND THY QUTE ME R5000 TO FIX THEY SAY BECAUSE OF THE SMALL CRATCH ON THE BAC THE WARENTEE IS NOT VALID I ASKED FOR A FULL INVALAUATION QUOTE VIA MAIL THEY ARE NOT SENDING ME ANY FEED BACK I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT BECAUSE I HAVE TO BEG THE WHOLE TIME FOR AN EMAIL AND IT NEVER GET DONE THY ARE STILL IM POSSESION OF THE PHONE I HAVE BEEN SO LONG WITH CELLC AND THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME A BIT OF SERVESE I AM DONE AND WILL NEVER BE A CELLC CUSTOMER AGAIN NY NAME IS CHRISTO CEL NUMBER ***

Hi. Just want to add on my complaint please, how can cellc deliver my broken phone and let a random person sign to recieve it and then the package was opened and my phone was switched on? And not only that, they send a paper stating that my screen was broken( witch is super false) and the screen protector was off and a plastic was just put on.

Can i asked is it so hard for cellc to treat a cutomer right i cant beleave i have been more than 6 years with cellc but if there is a problem it take cellc long to come back i will newer. Reniewe a contrack i think cellc must go learn by vodakom ha cutomer servesise work

Please go trowe the whole report and look who singt for rhe phone and then come back to me i will run with this storry i have newer had sutch bat experience with cellc if sameone delivered a phone to you the phone must be deliverd to the person who are the holder of the phon not sameone els is ot so hard to understand this
