Repairs are Ludicrous (Price and Time)

Dear All<br> <br> This is my 4th or 5th complaint about Cell C. I have been with Cell C for about 6 years. <br> I have been fighting with them and complaining for 5 of the 6 years.<br> <br> My screen was smashed by my nephew. I submitted it for repair. <br> 3 weeks later (today) I get my quote it's 300% more expensive than the mobile repair store in the same centre.<br> Not only that they have a turn around time of 1 day.<br> Cell C has taken 3 weeks to get me a quote and now it will only be back in the store in the 2nd week from today. (I highly doubt it, it's always 3 weeks with Cell C)<br> <br> All my business is on that phone and my family suffers while Cell C takes 5 weeks minimum to repair my phone.<br> <br> This is disgusting but not surprising it's typical of Cell C.<br> <br> If you are looking at this then don't go with Cell C they have been nothing but a headache since I joined them.<br> It's not worth the cheaper rate. I mean it takes more than a week for them to answer these complaints they must be overwhelmed with complaints.
