I Upgraded my contract early September i was happy with my handset till November my phone stop charging i return it to randburg square cell c they book it for repairs its been two weeks now no feedback i have 20gig once off data that will expired on 5 January i ask the agent at store what will happen to my data since i cant use she say i must go look for phone to use my 20gig data. even today no one is reply me when i call to check they say the lady who assisted me is off they cant assist

I'm still waiting for feedback all i want to know is if my phone will be fix by this December or i have to go n buy new phone .The agent from store called me but still she doesn't have answer for me . and i received email from Moses say they are trying to reach me my phone is off I'm not sure on which phone are there trying to reach me cause i don't have phone . PLEASE GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON MY EMAIL .when i should expect my phone and what will happen to my data that will expired
