Repairs

<p>I am not sure if I heard right when I booked my devices in for repairs? Was it a 21 working day turn-around time or 21 years? I have not got any feedback on my devices from the day that I booked my phone and tablet in for repairs at Cell C Northgate. When you phone Cell C Northgate they cannot hear you because there is people screaming the back ground sotrying to give them the job number over the phone is impossible. Then they ask to send a SMS? When you contact Cell C for a new contract or upgrade they attend to you immediately. But when you want service it is a completely differnt story. You have to call cell c to find out what is happening! Maybe you should put your sales people in customer care. It will save people alot of frustration!!!!</p>
