Repairs

I took a contract phone LG Leon with cell c on august 2015.After 3 months the phone gave me a problem it didnt charge or switch on.I booked it for repairs at east rand mall 4 times and it came back with the same problem they said there was no problem with the phone.I called the call centre and requested that they replace this phone and they told me they cant give me another phone its for the management to decide whether i get a new phone or not i must keep on booking it for repairs.Its so unfair to me because since last year i have been paying for a phone im not using.Im really not happy about the services at Cellc.
