Repairs

My fiance took out 2 contracts with Cell C Heidelberg 7 March 2015. on the 4th March 2015 i booked my samsung A300F in for the touch screen that was not working. (The phone was switching on and charging and all other buttons were working). On the 2nd May 2015 my fiance went to collect my phone from the Heidelberg store he was told that he must charge the phone and see if it is working because the repairs department said that it is beyond economical to repaid. After many phone calls to the store all they could tell me was that they are waiting for the report from the repairs department. Today i receive an email telling me that the phone has corrosion damage. The phone was hardly used as it was used as a second handset and was never near water. if it was water damage when i took it in then the phone would have been dead and not working when i took it in. <br> <br> I am extremely disappointed in the service received. I will never again take out a Cell C contract.
