Repair phone (no communication from cell c)

I am very disappointed by cell c no talking to or give me feedback back about my cellphone after failing to repair or return my phone to greenstone shop .I send my cellphone to repair three months ago and they want me to continue with their contract for next 24 months to ago for something in they position. Please advice me what do to in this regards or I should go to fine legal representation to look into the matter.No call to tell me the phone has reached greenstone shop keep on checking my phone but not winning and I am using public transport to check it no one pays my fees to check it .no communication from store about my phone where about now the last communication was on 17 November 2021.
