Repair on my Handset

<p>I booked in my handset at the Cell c pavilion store in Durban.I waited over 21 working days with no notification from Cell C. so I called customer care and was told that my device will be replaced and the store was credited.I then contacted the store and they mentioned I can choose another device of the same value ,so I choose an Huawei p9 lite.I am now waiting 5 -7 working days for the replacement handset and still no handset. I have to call the store to get feedback on my request.I haven’t received any calls or sms's from Cell C. Absolutely terrible service!!!</p>
