Repair Job CCD478476 - Phone lost by Cell C?????????Can I have my phone back

Cell C booked my Samsung Fold 3 in for repairs after clearly advising me that the phone was still within warranty. On this information i booked the phone in 11 days before I flew out of the country for 3 weeks. Their partner, Samsung also contacted me to advise its under warranty. On the day i flew out of the country, i received a quote for repairs of which i refused. Cell C then sent me a damage report to confirm another reason they will not pay. Guess what? It was of a completely different phone addressed to someone else. To date I do not know where my phone is and no one has bothered to contact me. This has gone on for over two months and i would like my phone back repaired as PROMISED!!!!!!!!! Shocking! Absolutely shocking. When you try and call Cell C, they don't know what i am talking about or the phone just cuts off, no one calls you back! No one actually cares about their customer, clearly you have too many customers.
