Repair debucle

<p> </p> <p>Will keep this brief:</p> <p>My phone went in for repairs on 16/03/2017, receive confirmation tgat the phobe is ready today (04/04/2017) yeah me!</p> <p>Low and behold the phone has the same issue...I'm told "well mam it could bevgge battery andcwe don't have them in stock " and silence. Now I'm really boiling cause I had to leave work early...</p> <p>Now the phone is going back....all this time no one cares what phone I'm using whilst these "repairs" are taking long.</p> <p>Furthermore why or why does the phone foes yhe phone not go in with the battery? My reference numbers are GPKRU125674 & GPKRU118224. </p>
