<p>i have booked in my phone by cell c ladysmith on the 26 May 2017</p> <p>i have phoned the repair center today to get a update on my phone, they dont have my phone cell c ladysmith dont have my phone and when i phone i just keep getting placed on hold!!!!! no one can tell me where my phone is or whats happening!!!!!!! it seems to me that they have lost my phone and now they trying to cover it up.</p>

After lying to me the truth came out. Shaun never send my phone. I'm seeing my attorney and I contacted the CPA. I don't want cell c anymore never in my life.

hey it has been 25 days now and no update on my phone have phone the cell c repairs department this morning and she said that she cant give me the status on my phone as the technition has not yet updated it?????????

i have recived my phone back on the 21st of june 2017.
phone still giving the same issues as what it was givinh it the first place nothing has been done to my phone as to repair it. this is starting to be more then a pathetic joke. now i must send my phone in again and wait again. is this how you treat you customers??????? and no one has goten back to me as yet on this complaine
