Repair

Dec 2014 took phone in for water damage after showing the store staff the damage to the phone body they agreed that it was a manufacturing problem & that this would have allowed the water in and agreed to send the phone in to the repair center. In January I went in to check on the status & was not only told but shown on the system that it is prepared and that it should arrive in the store soon for me to collect. I went in to pick up my phone listed as repaired. Checking the phone the store staff helping me and I could immediately see that the physical defect had been fixed but when trying to switch the phone one it would not. Everyone in the store as it said on the system it was repaired were confused they told me to leave it there charging & check the next day. I did & it would still not work & it was sent back in for repairs.I got a message stating that the unit had water damage and no visible damage and thus was due to not closing a port. YET the physical defect was fixed on the fist repair. I have been mailing explaining this to them and asking for first job card to show repair done and getting the same reply. last reply simply acknowledging query on the 1-2-2015.
