Reopening a closed account

I had an account with CellC which I tried for several months to close after I have made the the settlement payment. They finally close the account, but now 3 months later they reopen the account and gave me an instalment which was my settlement amount. Now my credit report is impacted, as it shows a new account was taken up. I have emailed them for an explanation to why it was opened, but got no response . I’m so disappointed that months later I have to be impacted again with an account that was paid up last year. This is ridiculous!

Good day , I received and sms almost a month ago stating another ITC update is taking place. However, no update no was done. Why was this not done ?

Good day ,

I just received my new credit report and the ITC update wasn’t done.
I got a call last week say that it’s going to take 21 working days. However, the ITC update request was sent on the 12 Aug 23 and it’s clearly now about 30 working days later and my report shows there was no update taken place.

I can’t believe that once again I have to fight this losing battle with you guys and it’s like no one cares because it’s not you guys being impacted.

Can this be resolved asap ? I gave you guys the time you needed and I was extremely patient but yet you guys don’t do your part.
