Remove your account from my ITC profile
I have cancelled my contract with cell c but their account still shows on my credit profile ( CompuScan & TransUnion) as much as you would’ve been quick to list me had I missed a payment, please make sure you remove my details from your Systems as I no longer have an account with you

When you pay off and close an account, the creditor will update the account information to show that the account has been closed and that there is no longer a balance owed. However, closing an account does not remove it from your credit report. Your credit report is a history of your accounts and payments.
