Please advise why do you appear on my credit record whereas I closed my account with you early 2019

19 Jan 2020, 18:27I was never informed of any money owed to you. I only realized it when I check my credit record. Please advise what is this for because when I closed my account I asked how much I need to pay to settle, I was given an amount and I paid that. You guys can pull the call records. Please remove me. Immediately
