remove errors amount
the numerus agent called from cellc , forcing that i should make the towards the outstanding balance which i am the 1 who discovered that the account is in errors . they failed me . i requested them to remove the errors amount from the outstanding balance since their agents were also failing me and giving misleading information . i also called their customer care numerus times and they failed to assist.
however i am not disputing to make payments. my request was please remove the errors amount and i will pay since you are also at fault by not debiting my account and giving me false information about the account.
i am working on closing all my cellc accounts. i want nothing to do with cellc and i wont recommend cellc to any1.

Unfortunately, it would not be possible for us to remove the amounts in arrears. We understand that you discovered the amount that is in arrears, but it doesn't take away from the fact that the account is in arrears and due for payment.

Unfortunately, it would not be possible for us to remove the amounts in arrears. We understand that you discovered the amount that is in arrears, but it doesn't take away from the fact that the account is in arrears and due for payment.
