Removal of my name under credit berue

Cell c is a bad bad service i even don't have an account with them but they blacklisted me while i did report the matter since February 2021 i can't even buy a car now due to them I'm on credit berue while i did done all the procedures that they said i must do affidavit and all. After they put me on credit berue there's even a reference numbers nothing is work so can you be able mybe to help me they must pay what they done to.
