Removal of data without consulting client

My wife started a contract for an S4 in 2013. She got 100 mins, 100 SMS and 1 GB data. As it neared expiration, a retention agent contacted her (and first forced an unauthorised upgrade which we reversed), but my wife stated she didn't want to upgrade now until she found a phone she wanted. The agent said OK, and that nothing would change, but that she'd be billed month by month.
Last week, she got an SMS that she had reached her R300 extra usage limit! It seems that CellC:
1. Deleted the 1 GB data bundle she was getting (but nothing was meant to change)!
2. Also deleted ALL the credit data - over 2 GB she had.
3. DID *NOT* notify her of this!
4. Now charged for usage of data which would have continued had a bill limit not been set!

The Call Centre refused to help because they can only see the billing after 7 July.

I want ALL the extra charges reversed. (She still has airtime and SMS so it was only data costs). If she is now down to 100 MB montly, then we want to be NOTIFIED of the change, not just discover when we are paying for it! I want you to find the SMS notifying her of bundle removal. She deleted none.

This was MOST unprofessional, especially since she is up for renewal.
