Removal of accounts on my credit profile

I close my account with cell c 2 years ago but up to date their accounts are still listed on my credit profile. I don't understand why they are not removing it. I have tried to call them several time they keep on saying that it takes long for an account to be removed on my profile which is lie because I have other accounts which was removed soon after I settle them. I use to have more than one account so they can use my ID to check all and remove it out of my credit profile because I don't owe them and I have canceled all my contract after paying them
