Removal from credit berue

Cell is the bad bad bad service provider they start the problem that they can't solve it or clear it. I can't buy a car because of them. Please help me out to clear my name on credit berue that they handed in my name in credit berue with a thing that i don't know. They will call and said it's sorted they keep on laying. I'm tired of it
