Reminded to do his JOB and he still FAILS!!!! Cell C see for yourself how terrible your service is!

I had requested my contract to be cancelled on the 01-12-2017, this did not happen and the call centre consultants always promised that a manager would call me back but never did. I was called by Moses Mo***eng on the 03-01-2018 only after I complained on Hellopeter. Moses was unable to assist me immediately and tells me that I will still be charged at the end of January and had the audacity to say that I need to remind him to follow up on my complaint in February because he is just TOO BUSY... Anyway eventhough I didn't understand why I need to remind your staff to do their jobs, I agreed and on the 12th and 14th of Feb I sent him emails to REMIND to do his JOB. He never bothered to reply to my emails .

I have no interest in speaking to Moses or anyone in his department- Im sure the rott spread to everyone there and I do not expect that anyone there is capable of resolving this.

I would like a Customer services manager to email me in response to this complaint. I want my refund for January processed as a matter of urgency and I want confirmation of cancellation of my contract in writing as well.

Email in writing, no more phone calls from rude Social Media Consultant's that have no respect for their clients and who want us to REMIND THEM!!!!
