Rekash Ramnarain terrible manager
Bad service by: Ephraim Mosime and Rekash Ramnarain
Date: 11 May 2020 Venue: CELL C WALK IN CENTR GAUTENG
Ephraim Mosime did a terrible job putting in a screen cover, he did not even try resolving this issue and moved on. I then called his manager Rekash Ramnarain he did a worse job by removing the cover and putting back in. the cover was practically ruined by him doing this. I told him I was not happy,. He then told me to wait for Ephraim Mosime and he will refund me from his personal pocket, I was disgusted and left

Just to clarify myself when I said "He(Rekash Ramnarain )then told me to wait for Ephraim Mosime and he(Ephraim Mosime) will refund me from his personal pocket, I was disgusted and left"
I left without waiting for Ephraim Mosime to pay me from his personal pocket because I felt this was a Cell C problem which management needed to resolve, not make the employee pay out of his own pocket
