Reimbur*****t not yet received

I have 3 reference numbers and no response. They haven't reimbursed me yet in which my holiday plans and Christmas/birthday was not as best as always. Hardly enjoyed it as there is also other problems that popped up and Cell c just doesn't want to reimburse me. I don't get any response from them when emailing and I have realized that calling them is also useless.... I have had contracts with them for 3 years and to be honest now they service is up to s***. I can't upgrade my contract... I can't get reimbursed... Then on top of that signal is horrible. I just need someone to help me from cell c.....
