4 months ago someone opened 2 accounts on my name **********ly. The lines were closed even though it took over a month to do a simple thing. But anyways 30 September I asked to be credited since I was charged 4 times more than what was due. And till this day I am still waiting, mind you there hasn't been any responses. After this email I will receive unfulfilled promises as usual.
