C Surance took a whole month to deliver my phone due to their lack of feedback and response. I had reported my phone on the 22nd of April and only got it on the 1st of June. The reason I got insurance was because my phone is on contract, and I didn't want to continue paying for the phone in case I lost it. Due to their delay I have asked to get compensation for my contract phone for the month of May but I didn't get any feedback regarding this matter. I only got reimbursed for the monthly fee R69 for the insurance.
