Reimburse my bank charges

So I got an sms in December 2024 advising that they will debit my account on the 27th. I called them prior to the date, and told them not to, as I am not getting paid early, and should they do so, and the debit order bounces they'll need to refund the money. I was given a reference number for the call (***).I specifically told the lady I spoke to to debit my account on the last day of December. To my surprise they debited my account on the 27th, and the debit order obviously bounced. They didn't debit on the last day as instructed, instead they went into my account a week later. The debit order bounced again. They then went into my account on the second week and the debit order bounces again. I called them and told them to stop debiting my account every week, as they are putting my account on a negative balance.. I requested they stop debeting me, and to refund my bank charges. I was told they will escalate and someone from the finance department will call me ref(***). No one called and they went in again the following week.. I called again with the same instructions and was given ref(***)and still no one contacted me. The following week they went again. I called again and was given ref(***). I told the last agent that I spoke to, to get someone to call me, so I can provide my bank statement for a refund, and to date no one has reached out. I advised her to let them waive the R70 penalty fee as this was their wrong doing. She advised that my installment will be R1115. O0 once the fee is canceled, and to my surprise again they debited R1228, however I had already made a payment of R1200. Meaning they owe me my bank charges which amount to R420 and R50 for the extra R50 that I paid via EFT.
