REGRETTING TAKING CONTRACT WITH CELL C , BAD SERVICE

i have had it up to here with Cell c , seems like every other month i have to query being debited more. i have a contract which i pay 199 and this month they debited 395 and when i asked about it they said it was content service , and i sent a mms which all resulted in 195 and i am MAD because i did not , and have never used their content service. i really regret taking contract with cell. i have come to hate it because Im forever calling and inquiring. PLEASE SORT YOUR MESS OUT AND I WANT REFUND FOR ASAP. REF ***
