Regret not moving away from Cell C

I phoned in to cancel my 1 contract (Vitality Mobile) that was up for renewal because of horrible service from Cell C. I was convinced by a cheap offer to stay. I then decided to settle my 2nd contract (also Vitality Mobile), which still had 3 months left, to also move to the cheap offer. I settled the outstanding amount for the 3 months.

But then I was debited R316 for my 2nd contract for a reason unknown to me, or the 1st lady/agent I spoke to at customer care. I received 2 reference no's ( ********** 756 and ********** 807) and was promised a call back and an answer. A month later and nothing. I phoned in again, spent 71 minutes with the 2nd agent (he was really good, tried to help but said ultimitely it was the 1st agent who had to come back to me - he could find no reason for the debit). Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. On top of that, I was charged 7 times what I should have been charged on the 2nd contract, I realised when speaking to the 2nd agent. Was also told he would advise the 1st agent to report back on that as well.

Now I don't have the time or patience to sit on the phone for over an hour again. I also don't want a call saying we are so sorry, working on the issue. What I want are answers - otherwise don't bother calling or sending messages. I should have cancelled like I wanted to from the start........

Moses phoned me while I was driving. I told him I can't talk at the moment and he said he would phone me back the next day. I'm still waiting. Nobody else had any issues reaching me - strange.
A lady phoned as well - asked me to explain the situation again. Now I don't have another hour and 11 minutes to explain it every time someone new phones. I gave her a quick run-down and she said she will phone back the same day - still waiting since last week. It's fascinating - every single person that phones denies that the debit exists, then I offer to send the statement that Cell C sent me CLEARLY showing the debit, and the debit is eventually found - astonishing how it suddenly appears. Magic.
Everybody I have spoken to can't tell me what the debit is for and also why I am not being charged correctly for the new contract. Now I WILL NOT spend another hour and 11 minutes doing Cell C's job and waste my time explaining the situation, only to get told i will receive feedback the same day, then never hear from the person again and get phoned by someone else (nobody can answer my questions so they just merely hand it over to the next person), and the never-ending loop starts again. It is not rocket-science.
Please, DO NOT phone me again asking me to explain what is going on - my time is valuable. There is a debit of R316.01 dated 01/06/2016 on the statement I received from Cell C (debit was deducted off my bank account on 28/06/2016, will send anyone interested my bank statement), which i will gladly forward to anyone, and for the same no in question, the 084 no, I am not being charged the R19.99 I am supposed to be charged (you recorded it, go listen).
So here it is on black and white, I don't have to explain it again.
If for some reason, Cell C again can't reach me (the rest of the country has got no problem though......) I am also available on 031- ********** . But do not phone me without having looked at the above information first!!! I do not have the time ti teach Cell C how to do their jobs!!

No response yet. Another wrong amount debited from my account. Is there nobody competent enough to resolve my issue at the whole of Cell C??

Not 1 word yet. Anybody, Cell C?? Absolutely pathetic.

Spoke to an agent AGAIN now. Insisted on speaking to a supervisor, but like always, they aren't available. Asked the agent if she has actually ever seen one, seeing as they're never available and must be phantoms.
Anyway, she wanted to help. Another 40 minutes, explained my case AGAIN. Received the same response - she has no idea why I am being charged what I am and what the debit was for - a supervisor will phone....... Shocking. A supervisor will actually phone?? Won't hold my breath.
Gave her my collection of 6 referance/case no's (I have now received a 7th!! Yay!!). Looked at one, told me it was closed becaused I said I would go to a store to sort it out. Requested the recording of the telephone call because I NEVER SAID ANYTHING OF THE SORTS!!! I was asked to do that and said no, they will only phone the call center again..... A viscious cycle. Passing the buck.
So let's see if the elusive supervisor (they seem to be as easy to find as a leopard in Sandton) will phone me. And if they actually phone, will they be able to give me an answer..... Beenalmost 3 months now.
I have a theory - Cell C tries to frustrate people so badly that they just let it go. Wonder how much money they 'generate' doing this.......
I fought SARS for 3 years for R584. Phone calls and petrol to meetings was much more than that, but it's the principle. After 3 years they conceded I was correct. But think they also make billions trying to frustrate people into submission, just like Cell C........
