Regret having a cell c contract

I regret having a cell c contract , now I'm in arrears because of the Getmore they added on my monthly installments and it can not be cancelled.

Once last year trying to cancel and it is still not cancelled, even cell c could not help me while they want me to pay for the cellphone contract and the Getmore
