Regret

I recently took out a contract with Cell C in May, needless to say it's been one terrible experience. I regret taking uo6a contract with them every single day. My account has been consistently over billed with numerous attempts on my side to solve this matter. At one point I even had to go to their stores in Midrand, and I was reassured that the issue was resolved, only for Cellc to overdebit my account AGAIN. I have two active case numbers with them, with back and forth emails with attached proof of payments for all the months that I have been paying this account on time!!!!! This is such a terrible inconvenience, especially these sms's saying that my account is in arrears. I wouldn't recommend Cellc to anyone!!!!!!!!
