Refusing to pay for screens repair due to upgrade, but I have to pay the contract finish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to know if anyone finds this fair, I have just upgraded my contract, but I still have to pay the old contract till end of March, but because I have upgraded, now I am not allowed to get my screen repair,
Maybe you should rather come and fetch this upgrade, as the phone is not nice in anycase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

17 Jan 2022, 11:34They said because I have upgraded, when we got our phone's we were told we get one free screen repair on our Y9S, now they say it is because we upgraded that they wont fix it. Which i feel is unfair, I am still paying that contract, I could understand if the contract was finish, but it is not
