REFUSING TO HONOR UPGRADE OFFERED
Joined Cell C in 2006/7 and average debit order per month is ±R2 000.00. Cell C is sending us upgrade SMS's but is refusing to honor them as I was under debt review, SINCE 2008. yet we upgraded every 20-24 months as normal. I finished Debt Review and provided them with Clearance Certificate, now milepost is shifting again. Brining up a default judgment of 2018, yet upgraded again in 2019? Apparently their credit policy changed in November 2020, yet no consumer was informed and contract t's& c's stayed the same. No wonder Cell C clients are flocking to other networks, so sad as their customer service staff is very helpful and efficient, yet the "dark forces" behind them are not customer focused at all
