REFUSING TO CANCEL CONTRACT

My mom called cell c with regards to upgrading her contract. I told her i wanted a 500gb and 8gb ram laptop, they delivered a mecer laptop with 64gb. She called them after the delivery guys collected it, and they are refusing to cancel the contract because she has to pay full installment for the mecer laptop. Why does she have to pay for a laptop she no longer has, why does she have to pay for an incorrect laptop when she clearly stated which laptop she wants? ..the mecer laptop was never used, even the router that came with it was still sealed.

Im not satisfied with your service. Please do the right and exchange the mecer laptop for the correct one or cancel the contract altogether.

Theyve been calling and transferring her from one consultant to another ever since the laptop was collected a few weeks back, but the contract wont get cancelled. You guys call us asking us to take contracts but when we have to cancel you go mute.
