Refusing cancellation
I did not renew my contract with cell c because I was moving to a new service provider but they are refusing to move me to prepaid immediately so that my number can be migrated to the new service provider. Now i have a new contract at a new service provider i am already paying for but unable to use because my number can’t be migrated. My signed 24-month contract has expired more than a year ago thus I have no binding contract to be responsible for a 30 day notice.

As per the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you have to give in a 30 days notice when you want to cancel the agreement.
