refused to repair my phone

In sep I send my phone in for repairs and it was send back not repaired,when I spoke to the people from the repair center they had no idea why was it send back,so I took the matter up with their headoffice and I spoke to khulekani and he told me it was not repired because the people from the repair center said,the limited warratee don't cover the fault and ill find that on my user g,I went home to to look for it and I ddnt find anything like that,I phoned him back he said he will phone me back and he never,I phoned him I don't no how many times to find out what's goinon and requesting his help but he just don't phone me back!!!I have never seen such bad service since I was born,,,no wonder people from the stores don't care about customers,,someone from headoffice giving such service I feel sorry for the CEO!!!I will make sure everyone knows about you guys,I have been with cell c for 4years and I have never seen something like this!!!
