Refused to Book my contract phone for repairs

On Friday the 13th of February I went to Cell c Hatfield to book my cellphone for repairs because it is not switching on. They said they can't book it for repairs because the IMEI number is not longer visible. They said I should take the phone to Blackberry in Brooklyn. I bought the phone at Cell C not at Blackberry. I always get a bad service at Cell C. I experienced a problem three times last when I tried to book my phone in Silverton last year. I called the call center to find out if they can't replace this phone and they said it's not possible. they are expecting me to pay every month for a phone that is forever broken or freezing. I\m really fed up with Cell C's service. "
