refused to assist me
Morning my name is Kgomotso and have a serious problem. I had been ****** my handset over the weekend. Today I contact them to open a claim, but I`m being told my policy has lapsed. the whole of last year been paying and today I`m being told they can only assist me with re-opening another one.
