Refused service by Gugulethu Tshabalala at Maponya mall
I went to cellc at Maponya mall to request a simswap and a lady by the name Gugulethu Tshabalala refused to assist me she was rude i explained to her that I went to the Glen mall to enquire and was not assisted due to me carrying my ID document she refused and said I should go back there since I have it I work in Mp and there is no cellc brach and when I travel to areas that have a branch I am refused assistance why would I take out a contract with this company
