Refused a Refund
On Friday I purchased a memory card from Cell C at the Newtown Junction store only to find that I bought the incorrect size. When I tried to return it, the sales lady told me to come back the following day and they would refund it. When I went back the following day, the manager refused to refund the sale. What are the consumer laws in SA in this regard?
