refuse to repair phone software excuses given

<p>My phone softwear crushed and sent the phone into cell c repair center as it is under warranty they contacted me and said it's water damage they gave me a quote to give me a replacement phone that's a second hand phone and keep mine . What makes it worse is the phone when starting up says system soft wear failed and starts up but will not read my finger. .. This is a total ******* on another level I asked them to please just look at the soft wear and they refused I have pictures and will post them so they can explain to the media</p>
