Refuse to repair phone

So the story goes that i bought a phone from Cell C (A Sony experia z3 compact)<br> And i must say that i really enjoyed the phone, But it stopped working due to it getting wet.<br> I placed the phone in water to take a picture and yes the flaps on the phone were tightly closed as i checked them before hand.<br> Now the whole reason for me buying a water resistant phone is so it can get wet not break when i dunk it in water.<br> <br> I took the phone in for repairs to Cell C menlyn and the phone came back from the repair centre even more damaged than it went there, and it still was not fixed.<br> <br> I also cannot believe the service of Cell C menlyn, there phones are always hard to get anyone to answer and when they do, there is no one to talk to as not one of them actually knows what going on instore.<br> <br> I AM very upset with Cell C and SONY!!!!<br>
