refuse to repair or replace my phone

I have a Blackberry 9720 which I recently got as an upgrade. Two weeks ago it just did bot charge at all.I called cell c , they booked it for epairs , but I received no feedback from them as to what t he actual problem was. Evertime I called the repair center they said it was despatched to someone. Then almost two weeks later the phone comes back to me....yippee...i think not. To my disappointment the phone was returned to me without being repaired and they did not even have the decency to give me call to explain why or what the problem was. I had to call them and then they explain that the phone charging unit is damged and therefore they cannot repair it and the warranty is therfore void and they cannot replace the phone . Now I am sitting with a phone that does not work, and paying a contract which will only expire next yr september. <br> Service is terrible and I am very disappointed with cell c as I have been a cliebt for many years now . the least they could do is replace my phone if they cannot fix it and also give a courtesy call to advise what the problem is.
