Refuse to cancel for handset not received

I want to speak to a manager urgently.

I have been calling daily since the 4th October 2021 to cancel this renewal, leaving message after message for a manager to contact me.

I have reference number after reference number.

I want this canceled today!!!

There has been no signature by myself on this contract, no handset has been received. Cell C does not even have the Colour I asked for in the country of South Africa.

On all these call the cell c staff are not attending to my request. Terrible client service, for myself that has always been a Client of cell c.

I even posted on Facebook and Twitter and no reply.

Cancel this now. I want this referred to the OMBUDSMAN.
