refuse refund

I took a cellc contract out for the first time ever, and I immediately noticed no signal , so I contacted the store and they refused cancelation until investigation is done , 2 months down the line I have to call after them the whole time .<br> <br> finally they agreed they will cancel the contract but its been a month and im not getting a refund for the fact that I paid for months and could not use the phone .<br> <br> please be assured that I will neva eva look at cellc again and promise that I would do my best to let ppl know how I struggled with cellc and help ppl to not get in the same situation
