Refusal to sell at advertised price - False advertising - Giga 200 anytime data

<p>On the Cell C website under the terms and Conditions of the Giga 200 anytime data package, clause 4 states that this package states that it can be bought for a once off R1599. This will give you 200 anytime gigabytes. </p> <p> </p> <p>I showed the store in Northgate that the terms and conditions state I can purchase the package for R1599. They however refused to sell it to me for that price as the Price had apparently increased to R2000. Customer Care also refused to assist. </p> <p> </p> <p>It is not my problem or fault that Cell C has incorrectly stated their prices. ITO of legislation this package needs to be sold for the advertised priced. I will be lodging a complain at the Advertising Standards Authority of South Africa, should i have not had a response by COB Monday 13 February. I have also print screened the date time with the terms and conditions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p>
