REFUSAL TO REMOVE MY NAME FROM CREDIT BUREAU

Approximately three years back I concluded an electronic contract with Cell C. In terms of this contract Cell C was supposed to provide me with a tablet for which
I was supposed to pay monthly subscription fee for a period of 24 months. When the tablet was delivered, I informed Cell C immediately that it did not meet my expectations and that I did not want it. Cell C then arranged from their courier services to come and collect the tablet so that the contract can be cancelled.
The tablet was collected as arranged, but Cell C kept on billing me. ended up reversing the debit orders and told them they have no right to debit my bank account as did not have a contract with them in respect of that particular debit. I even provided evidence to this effect to their legal services representative ( Munyaliwa Muthatshi) on 30 May 2014. I later received a letter of demand from Cell C's lawyers. I provided them with the same evidence. Despite this, Cell C continues to have me black listed on the credit bureau. The same evidence was also provided to Karabo Kgasake of Cell C's legal services on 4 Dec 2015, but on 22 Dec 2015 when I called to follow-up the matter was still not resolved.
