Refusal to refund even if data was not loaded
Cell C refuses to refund me even after the got my bank statement to prove that I did buy the data that was not loaded after they changed prices on the live application without notifying customers. I am at a loss for words. Such a big company *****ing from people during tough time. To say I am disappointed is an understatement 😡😡😡
