Refusal to Cancel Upgrade

Had "feedback" from Cell C today. On 27 December got an upgrade at Kalahari Mall in Upington for 2 LG Handsets (Cell Phones). I returned these handsets on 28 December, but still Cell C refuses to cancel the upgrade which is my right.

I do not want them to fix the handsets and send them back to me (wi fi not working), as I have no confidence in the manufacturer due to both handsets not working. This would most likely result in a back and forth sending of the products which I do not want - I therefore stated plainly that I do not want the products anymore. (Most likely the products would be returned to me and not work or would again stop working after just a short while)

Still no customer service just a representative telling me I am wrong and must accept the upgrade I wish to cancel (Got a phone call today while in Namibia). I will not be bul**** by Cell C in to taking an upgrade I do not want. As a customer it is my right to hand the product back, which I have done.

I had no issues with my previous Huawei two phones I upgraded to in April 2016 (Still working today). Maybe just don't sell LG Products.

Due to Cell C's arrogance I want my contract to stop in April 2018. I will change to pay as you go. After 15 years you have lost me as a contract customer.

Official

Palesa confirmed that she has arranged with Antoinette at the Kalahari Mall Branch, who will be booking your device as an OBF (Out of Box Failure). The normal OBF process will apply.

That is precisely what I do not want. CANCEL THE UPGRADE. And then come April cancel my contract with CELL C. I don't want anything to do with your business anymore. LISTEN TO ME as customer and do accordingly. Don't tell me an upgrade cannot be cancelled the very next day that is ludicrous. IF YOU WANTED TO HELP me you could have, but no customer service as usual from Cell C.
